Financial Due Diligence

As both GAAP accounting and M&A subject mater experts, we assist buyers in their evaluation of a potential acquisition by performing a deep dive into the Target's historical financial results and removing any "noise" in the financial results that would other prevent a buyer from understanding the true run-rate earnings and future cash-flow potential of the Target.

On the sell-side, we perform the same work that a buyer would hire us to perform when evaluating a potential acquisition. This allows us to identify potential value-impacting issues prior to speaking with investors and gives the seller time to formulate a plan to mitigate any such issues, which in turn maximizes sale value and minimizes the time required to close a deal.
